"Floppy Seat" shopping cart and restaurant highchair cover

The "Floppy Seat" cover is a must have in my book.  It is soft and cushy and fits all Shopping Carts...even the Large ones at Sams Club / Costco / BJ's Wholesale stores.  My first baby had fallen asleep in this many a times while I was shopping at Super Walmart.
